What your project costs

Describe what you want to build. You get a range and a timeline, with the detail of what pushes the number up.

What moves the price

The number of screens matters less than you would think. What costs is the rule nobody else has: in-store pickup with the right time slots, the second point of sale, the price that changes depending on the customer, the legal constraint of your trade.

Off-the-shelf tools cover 80 % of a business. The remaining 20 % is exactly what makes your trade, and that is where the work goes. Nobody rebuilds a shopping cart: we assemble what already exists, and code what is missing.

The second factor is what needs plugging in. A till, a delivery app, an accounting package. Every connection to a tool we do not control means work and testing.

What is included, and what is not

Included: scoping, design, development, going live, and bringing over your existing data when it is ticked above. You get a weekly check-in and a link to follow progress whenever you want.

After delivery, you have 14 days to ask for changes. Past that, every evolution is priced separately, before any work starts.

Not included: writing your copy, your product photography, and buying your domain name.

What it costs afterwards

Nothing to pay us every month. The tool belongs to you, you run it without a developer, and we do not live off your dependency.

Hosting and the domain name remain, paid directly to the provider, in your name. If you want us to keep an eye on it or grow it, that is priced case by case.

How you pay

In three instalments: at kick-off, halfway, on delivery. Never in one go, never a subscription.

And before the first instalment, you have a firm price and a delivery date in writing.

What people ask us

What does a custom web application cost?

Our projects start at 4,000 € for an automation, and run into tens of thousands for a full platform. The estimator above gives you a range from what you describe. The firm price comes out of the first call.

How long does delivery take?

Count 2 to 3 weeks for an automation, and 2 to 4 months for a full platform. We never give a single timeline for every project: an automation and a platform have nothing in common.

Can the price move along the way?

No. The price is firm and written down before we start, along with what is included and what is not. If you ask for something extra during the project, it is priced separately and you decide.

Who owns the tool in the end?

You do. The code, the data and the hosting accounts are in your name. You run the tool without a developer, and you can walk away with it or hand it to someone else.

What if an off-the-shelf tool would do the job?

We tell you on the first call, and we turn the project down. We start where Shopify and WordPress stop. The first conversation is free with no commitment, and we answer within 48 hours.
