Your data, in the clear

We collect the minimum, we don't sell anything, and we tell you exactly what happens. Here's how your personal data is handled when you use atelicode.com.

Data controller

The controller of your data is Roméo Ivaldy, sole trader operating under the name “Atelicode”, 38 Impasse Trollat, 13009 Marseille, France.

For any question about your data, you can write to us at romeo@atelicode.com.

The data we collect

Through the contact form: your name and email address, plus the optional details you choose to add (company, type of need, message). These fields are needed for us to reply to you.

Through audience measurement (only if you accept it): aggregated, anonymised browsing data — page views, journeys through the site — collected by Google Analytics 4.

The site stores no data in any database: your messages reach us directly by email. We do not collect your IP address for profiling, nor any other data without your knowledge.

Why, and on what basis

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a possible collaboration — legal basis: your initiative and the pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

To measure audience and improve the site — legal basis: your consent, which you give through the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Exchanges from the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for the duration of our relationship, and at most three years after our last contact if it does not lead anywhere.

Audience-measurement data is kept for thirteen months at most.

Who it is shared with

We rely on technical providers acting as processors: Resend (delivery of our contact emails), Google (audience measurement via Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager) and our hosting provider.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties, and we use it for no advertising purpose.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our providers (notably Google and Resend) may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at romeo@atelicode.com — we reply as soon as we can.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

Our use of cookies and how consent works are detailed in our dedicated cookie policy.
