ScopliDrop
The Discord giveaway bot we built, then took from zero to +3500 servers and +200k cumulative votes in 6 months. No traditional ads, just a growth engine wired into top.gg.

Growing a bot no one dares to install, on a €300 budget.
The Discord bot market is saturated. Thousands of bots compete for attention, and visibility runs through one place: the top.gg ranking, where everything depends on votes.
We first pitched the bot to nearly 250 servers by hand to get it installed. Almost all said no, afraid of getting hacked by an unknown bot. The only channel left was top.gg. But at zero votes, we were invisible, dead last in the results. We needed votes. A lot of them, every single day.
Pitched by hand, almost all turned us down
For all marketing, from the first server to top 20
Turning every giveaway into a vote machine.

Official giveaways, paid for
We paid community server founders to run an official giveaway on their server, €8 to €10 each. The prize: a Nitro, exactly what their community wants.
A vote-gated lootbox
To have a shot at the Nitro, you had to open our lootbox. And to open it, vote for ScopliDrop on top.gg. The vote became the price of entry.
A daily loop
The lootbox has a 24h cooldown, and the bot nudges each person by direct message. A voter came back to vote every day, with no churn.
Climbing the ranking
Those votes pushed us up in top.gg's “Giveaway” search. Right where founders found us and installed the bot on their own.
The loop recharged itself
One giveaway paid for once, hundreds of voters coming back every day. The higher we climbed on top.gg, the more founders found us. The machine ran while we slept.
